Wonderful Donation to Presqu’ile Provincial Park
LEFT: Rod MacKenzie, a local lawyer and entrepreneur, presents Rob Cunningham, Presqu’ile Park Superintendent, with a donation of one of his locally manufactured Hi-Spy Viewing Machines, valued at more than $3800.00
A generous donation to Presqu’ile has made for a wonderful Christmas gift to the Provincial Park. Lawyer and businessman Rod MacKenzie and his family; Margaret, Iain and Maura, have donated one of his company’s optical viewing machines. The beautiful 20x viewer is designed and manufactured in Cobourg and will be installed in the Spring of 2015 and will possibly be located at or near the scenic Presqu’ile lighthouse. The donation was inspired by the MacKenzie family’s love of the park and love of bird-watching.
For more than two decades, Hi-Spy Viewing Machines has been designing and manufacturing high-quality viewers for clients around the globe. Located in Cobourg, Hi-Spy makes high-quality coin and non-coin viewfinders for clients. For more information please visit www.hispyviewing.com to see the complete line of products.
